		<description>At the moment, RSS:Forward checks for updates every 15 minutes. However, we check a maximum of 100 subscribed feeds. These are selected on the basis of the amount of time which has passed since the last time the feed was checked.

Not very user friendly, but effective at smoothing out the load on the server!

		<description>Hi there... what is the frequency in which the feeds are checked and articles are mailed to the reader? For the power reader, the frequency has to be somewhere close to an hour. For the normal reader, everyday mailing would do. How about your site?</description>
